Beautiful piece and I completely agree with the positive effects that taking a walk has. Whenever I feel stuck in my thoughts or overworked, taking a stroll outside works wonders.
I think that there are multiple factors that make walks so magical. A change of scenery. Arepetitive, rhythmic motion that allows you to dive deep into your thoughts in an almost meditation-like state. And last but not least, some fresh air to wake up you up and supply your brain with oxygen.
Whatever it is, walks have been a daily routine for me for years and I’ve never looked back.
