Many men, including me, aren’t just trying to be traditionally-masculine by keeping our emotions in check… we seriously just don’t have many emotional extremes. If you could graph our emotional state on a scale of -10 to +10, we’d rarely register anything beyond a -3 to +3.

Jokes aside, this reasons very well with me (I’m a man after all) and I can relate to your struggle.
I don’t know when I cried for the last time and I, too, have thought it might be some kind of psychological problem or that I am emotionally unavailable, although I did everything I could not to be.
