Stop thinking about the big picture all the time.
When you constantly think about the future and the big picture, it is easy to indulge in overthinking.
Instead, focus on what is right ahead of you. The small steps that you can do now, the ones that make today count.
For the big picture, set aside some designated thinking and journaling time just as Darius pointed out.
