I'm sorry to hear that. Sounds stressful! I really hope that with time and practice you'll get to a point where you can feel your emotions in a more timely manner.

If you have trouble experiencing your emotions in general, it would be worth checking out what causes this blockade. I've struggled with feeling anything for quite a while and only when I addressed the underlying issues did my emotional side slowly get back to normal.
