Mhmm, I wouldn’t put it that way. Sure, the muscle mass gains might be the same if overall volume is equal in both conditions, but with a full body workout you can usually fit more volume into the same amount of time. Plus, you can increase the frequency with which you train your muscles by using a full body workout, which at a higher level of training prevents muscle breakdown due to missing growth signals.
